MAECare is a voluntary organisation set up in May 1995, which aims to improve the quality of life of local people over 60, of any creed or none, by acting as a link between their needs and existing services. We also try to identify, by listening to what older people tell us, where there are gaps in provision and to develop new schemes and activities to meet these needs, as resources allow.
